Your Paid Aerial Photo Includes Licensing For Publishing
You may publish your paid aerial photos for advertising, television commercials, magazines and other printed or electronic media. License for publishing is included in the basic fee. Photo credit is to be given to Hudson Valley Aerial Photography.
Limitations
No license is authorized for resale of images created by us. Licensee is not to distribute or sell license to a third party.  All of our photos are the copyrighted property of Hudson Valley Aerials and are fully protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our images constitute copyright infringement and is a violation of federal law that will result in legal action.
